American Flagmakers • Since 1887

Eder Flag Company

For more than 135 years, Eder Flag has played a meaningful role in American civic life—crafting flags that fly over town halls, schools, military bases, front porches, and places of national remembrance. Founded in 1887, Eder is one of the oldest flag manufacturers in the United States, earning trust through consistency, precision, and respect for what the flag represents.

Eder’s flags are proudly made in the USA using time-tested construction techniques and high-quality materials designed to withstand wind, weather, and time. From careful stitching to reinforced headers and durable fabrics, every detail reflects a commitment to long-term performance rather than disposable symbolism.

This is American craftsmanship rooted in heritage and accountability—flags built not just to be displayed, but to endure moments of honor, service, sacrifice, and everyday pride. When you choose an Eder flag, you’re choosing a tradition that has stood alongside generations of Americans.

Burn Bags USA

Burn Bags was founded by Janelle Robinson, a former volunteer firefighter-EMT in Summerfield, North Carolina, who saw possibility in a pile of retired fire hose that was headed for the dump.

What began as one maker experimenting in her mud room has grown into a full-time workshop creating rugged, one-of-a-kind bags from waxed canvas, leather, and authentic retired fire hose. Each Burn Bag carries visible marks from real service — scuffs, stains, discoloration, and wear earned over years of use by firefighters and fire departments across the country.

The result is more than a tote bag. It is a piece of American service history, transformed by hand into something durable, useful, and built to last.

Janelle designs each bag around the character and limitations of the hose itself, using it as the front pocket and pairing it with sturdy waxed canvas and thick leather straps. Every finished bag includes an authenticity tag showing where the hose came from, connecting the customer directly to the fire station, department, or community behind the material.

Burn Bags also reflects Janelle’s commitment to second chances. Her workshop works with women from a local recovery program, helping create meaningful work for women rebuilding their lives after prison, addiction, or abusive situations.

Retired from service. Rebuilt by hand. Made in America.
