REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase from Shop 250 America. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless defective

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@shop250america.com to initiate a return and receive instructions
  2. Securely package your item(s) with proof of purchase
  3. Ship returns to:

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at:   support@shop250america.com with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
