Orders typically take 2–3 business days to be personally tailored, crafted, and shipped. Some orders may take longer depending on personalization, proofing, production volume, stock availability, or quality review.
Shipping Time:
After shipment, U.S. domestic delivery typically takes 4–10 days. Tracking will be provided once the shipping label is created.
Design Proofs:
For personalized products, Tailored Canvases may provide a design proof within 24 hours. Customers may request revisions before final production.
Cancellations:
Customized canvas orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, unless the design proof has already been reviewed or revisions have been requested. Non-customized made-to-order canvases cannot be cancelled once sent to production.
Returns:
Because these products are personalized or printed on demand, returns are not accepted unless there is a production error, damaged item, or incorrect item.
